A. TRANSLATIONS
We provide you with certified and expert translations, carried out by translators certified by the Ministry of Justice, also drawing on experts and professionals’ experience in the specified field, in order to secure the flawless understanding of the source text, nearness of the selected terminology and framing of an operational translation, adapted to the culture of the country in which it will find its usefulness.
We carry out translations in the following fields:
1) Legal translation: agreements, articles of incorporation, judgments, power of attorney, statements, notarial deeds, land deeds etc.
2) Financial translation: financial statements, balance sheet, accounting audit, statement of account, financing and auction folder, documentation for the settlement of accounts (invoices, bills, advice), audit reports, tax offence record etc.
3) Technical translation: projects, guides, licences, IT, programs, software etc.
4) Medical translation: hospital discharge slip, medical analysis, clinical investigations, certificates etc.5) Miscellaneous: documents related to the marital status (birth, marriage, and death certificate), identification record, identity card, education documents, vehicles papers, CVs, correspondence etc.
B. AUTHENTICATION, APOSTILLE CERTIFICATION, SUPERLEGALIZATION
In order to serve you abroad, certain documents will receive the apostil or initialled (in case of education documents) by the appropriate institution. Consequently securing the initial and apostil on the original copy, it will be translated by a translator certified by the Ministry of Justice; thereafter the translator’s signature is authenticated by a notary public.
Therewith it is needed to secure the apostil from the Notary Public Offices, the latter institution providing the apostil on the notarial original documents, on the office copy or authenticated translations.
At the Court of Law the specific documents will receive the reinforced authentication, deeds issued by the judges or court of laws (like judgments in civil or criminal matters etc.).
C. DTP (working with designs)
At Kenna Translations we seek to exploit at their maximum the possibilities throughout, as quality and look is concerned, we and our client will benefit from the best outcome. Therefore, in order to retain within the translation the semblance of the source text, we prefer that these would be provided in an editable format (word, excel etc.). In case of catalogues, folders, expositions and other documents, delivered in .pdf format, our DTP professionals will elaborate the source document in such a manner that the translation would be provided within the format and the semblance of the original document.
